Breakfast at our hotel. Today is a free day or you could have opted for the Macau option where some in our group decide to experience. Richard and I have decided not to do this. Instead we will explore on our own.
We decide to walk to
Kowloon Park. Lots of green spaces. Pretty gardens. Some nice sculptures. We spend around 75 minutes here.

We decide to ride the
Star Ferry over to Hong Kong Island and just wander through the streets. Very pleasant.

We return to our hotel and have some time in the pool. Then it's dinner-just Richard and me-at
Outback Steakhouse. The food was great. Walking on Nathan Road we see the Chungking Mansions and the fountain in front of the Peninsula lit up.
